Login Issues
Logins are being processed correctly and users should now be able to access their accounts. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We have isolated the cause of the issue and have begun rolling out a fix to address the problem. Users should see increasing likelihood of success as they attempt to complete multi-factor authentication. If you see an error, you can attempt to retry the request without needing to re-authenticate.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and will continue to monitor the situation as we recover.
We have confirmed that multi-factor authentication is failing and that users are currently unable to log into STACK. Users that are already logged in should still have access to STACK services. We are investigating and will post updates as they happen.
